Marked Caverswall England. The band has two illustrations, one of a bow tied bells with a blue ribbon over a garland of flowers with the initials C and D around a heart. On the reverse are the Prince of Wales feathers with a blue ribbon entitled Ich Dien. There are three hand painted red dots in the middle. The is in very good condition.
